I’m Stephanie. I specialize in midlife women’s health, especially perimenopause and menopause, and I’ve spent over two decades helping women rebuild strength, clarity, and confidence in their bodies.
I’m a Certified Functional & Integrative Nutrition practitioner and longtime fitness instructor (Pilates, weight training, yoga, and Barre). I understand how essential muscle, nourishment, recovery, and hormone balance are in this stage of life.
But this work is personal, too.
Like many women, I’ve navigated digestive struggles, hormone shifts, and the confusing season of “why doesn’t what used to work… work anymore?”
