Why I am So Passionate About This?

I created this program because I lived it.

In my early 40s, I began experiencing symptoms that no one connected to perimenopause — mood swings, low libido, breast tenderness, cycle shifts. Later came disrupted sleep, abdominal weight gain, hot flashes, and eventually debilitating daily headaches.

I was told everything looked “normal.”

But I knew something wasn’t right.

Using my training in integrative nutrition and functional medicine, along with targeted testing and a root-cause approach, I began applying the principles I now teach.

My headaches resolved.
My sleep returned.
The hot flashes subsided.
My body stabilized.

And I realized something important:

Midlife symptoms are not random. They are signals.
